I've spent about 20 years making things. The medium keeps changing but the instinct doesn't.

I started in design. That turned into creative direction, which turned into engineering, which turned into product leadership. Not because I planned it that way, but because the next problem was always more interesting than the last title.

At Moment I lead software and product. We rebuilt our e-commerce platform to be faster, leaner, and cheaper to run. We shipped Moment Pro Camera II with a small team and it became the #1 paid camera app in the App Store. That project has been a dream build. The kind of work where everything I've learned over the years actually comes together.

I love building and designing in all shapes, but the most rewarding work is seeing the potential in a thing spark to life. That could be a product or a person.

At the end of the day I'm just a dad learning to love better, scratching that creative itch, screaming into the void, and escaping into a book.
